The Manihar Welfare Society is a registered, non-profit, non-political, and social organization that works to promote education, health, and other social upliftment within the Manihar community. All of this work is impossible without financial support. The society supports its members by receiving financial support from the community.
Category of cooperation –
(A) Membership Fees –
1. The annual membership fee will be ₹50.
2. All office bearers will be required to pay an annual membership fee of ₹50.
3. After one year, it will be mandatory to re-join within 15 days by paying the annual membership fee of ₹50 online or offline.
4. Membership fees will be optional for members of the Manihar community, but anyone who joins will receive benefits from the society's various schemes.
5. The Manihar Welfare Society will spend the membership fees received for the promotion and administration of the society in the state. The society will not be obligated to provide any other support.
6. In the event of availability of funds, financial assistance from the membership fee will be provided only to the office bearers of the society.
7. No member will be entitled to withdraw the money deposited as membership fees in the future.
(b) The Community Cooperation
Society will receive Zakat, Sadaqah, Fitra, Hadiya, and other contributions from the community. There will be no limit on this. Every individual will be free to contribute as per their wish. The District Executive will have the right to spend the funds received from community contributions under the rules of the Society.
The funds received from community contributions will be spent entirely on the education, health, and social upliftment of the Manihar community. The Society will not provide any support for individual marriages. In the case of a mass marriage according to Islamic traditions, a fixed amount will be contributed with the consent of the Society.
Expenditure rules-
1. The society will receive all contributions through offline receipt book or online.
2. The contributor will compulsorily obtain the offline receipt. Under no circumstances will any transaction be done without a receipt.
3. The receipt of offline contributions will be sent to the society's helpline number-95 8080 2500 and the screenshot of the online contribution transaction will be required to be uploaded on the society's website https://www.mwsup.com.
4. The contribution made to the society will be completely voluntary.
5. The society will have complete rights over the contribution received.
6. The society will issue a receipt for any online contribution only on the request of the contributor.
7. The contribution made to the society will not be returned under any circumstances.
8. The jurisdiction for all types of disputes will be Ayodhya.
